From Coaching Sessions
To Custom AI Tools
After guided sessions where we build your Life Model together, we transform that understanding into AI tools trained specifically on you. Here's how they respond differently than generic chatbots.

AI Training
Your Life Model becomes the training data for custom AI assistants
The examples below show what's possible when AI is trained on YOUR specific Life Model
The ADHD-Friendly Planning Assistant
- •ADHD with executive function challenges
- •Freezes without emotional context for tasks
- •Works better with body doubling
- •Needs visual/spatial organization
Example Conversation
I need to clean my apartment but I can't start.
I know starting feels impossible when you can't connect to the why. So first: why does a clean space matter to you right now? Is it the sensory relief of calm? Making space for creativity? Hosting someone you care about?
My friend is visiting this weekend and I want to feel proud of my space.
Perfect—connection and pride are strong motivators for you. Now let's hook your pattern-recognition brain: I'll give you a spatial game. Start in ONE corner of your living room. Set a 10-minute timer. Move only what's obviously trash or out of place. I'll body-double—stay on this chat and tell me when you start. No overwhelm, just one corner.
The AI understands that you need emotional context before action, works with your ADHD patterns (body doubling, gamification, small chunks), and connects tasks to your values.
The Anxious Attachment Translator
- •Anxious attachment style
- •People-pleasing tendencies
- •Catastrophizes in relationships
- •Struggles to ask for needs
Example Conversation
My partner hasn't texted me back in 3 hours and I'm spiraling. I want to text again but I don't want to be needy.
Your anxious attachment is activated—I can tell by the 'needy' language. Let's ground first. What evidence do you have from the past week that your partner cares about you?
They planned a surprise date night. They asked about my therapy session. They said they love me yesterday.
Good. So the story your anxiety is telling (they're losing interest) doesn't match the evidence. Now: what do you actually need right now? Not what you think you should need—what would help your nervous system settle?
I just need to know they're thinking of me.
That's a completely valid need. Let's write a text that asks for it authentically, without apologizing for having needs. How about: 'Hey, I know you're busy, but I'm feeling disconnected and would love to hear from you when you have a moment.' No 'sorry,' no diminishing. Just honest.
The AI recognizes your attachment activation, helps you reality-test anxious stories, and coaches you to ask for needs without people-pleasing language.
The Authentic Path Finder
- •Values autonomy and creativity
- •Needs intellectual stimulation
- •Prone to 'should' thinking
- •Seeks meaning over status
Example Conversation
I got a job offer at a prestigious company with great pay, but something feels off.
Let's check: is this 'off' feeling your intuition or your 'should' voice? When you imagine taking the job, what does your body tell you?
My chest feels tight. Like... excitement mixed with dread?
That dread is important data. Let's filter this through your non-negotiables: You need autonomy to manage your energy, work that engages your pattern-recognition brain, and space for creative problem-solving. Does this role have those things?
Honestly... no. It's mostly execution of someone else's vision. But it's such a 'good' opportunity.
I hear you defaulting to external validation again—'prestigious,' 'should take it,' 'good opportunity.' But remember what happened at your last role that looked good on paper? You were miserable within 6 months because you had no autonomy. Your authentic desire matters more than impressive titles. What would you do if prestige wasn't a factor?
The AI catches your people-pleasing patterns, uses somatic wisdom, and filters decisions through your actual values—not external 'shoulds.'
See the Difference
Generic AI gives generic advice. Your custom AI understands your specific patterns, catches your blind spots, and helps you make decisions aligned with who you actually are.
Note: This is not therapy. It's AI-powered self-discovery and decision support built on your Life Model.
