Your Life Model:
A Coaching Framework That Becomes AI
A Life Model is a comprehensive picture of who you are—your wiring, your patterns, your context—developed through guided coaching sessions, then transformed into AI tools that actually understand you.
Three Essential Components
Your Life Model combines three key dimensions to create a complete picture of you
Personality Architecture
How you're wired at your core
- •Neurodivergence patterns (ADHD, autism, HSP, etc.)
- •Personality frameworks (Big 5, Enneagram, etc.)
- •Cognitive strengths and challenges
- •Sensory sensitivities and preferences
- •Energy patterns and recovery needs
- •Decision-making styles
Relationship Patterns
How you connect with others
- •Attachment style (secure, anxious, avoidant)
- •Communication preferences
- •Conflict resolution patterns
- •Boundaries and people-pleasing tendencies
- •Love languages and emotional needs
- •Social energy and relationship capacity
Life Context
Your unique circumstances and history
- •Life stage and transitions
- •Career path and work environment
- •Family dynamics and living situation
- •Past experiences that shaped you
- •Current goals and challenges
- •Values and what matters most

Why This Matters
See the difference between generic AI and AI built on your Life Model
Scenario: "Help me start this overwhelming project"
"Break the project into smaller tasks. Create a timeline. Set deadlines for each milestone. Use a productivity app to track progress. Start with the easiest task to build momentum."
Sounds helpful, but ignores that you freeze when you can't see the emotional why behind tasks...
"I know starting feels impossible when you can't connect to the emotional why. Let's start there: Why does this project matter to you beyond the deadline? Once we name that, I'll help you find an entry point that hooks your pattern-recognition brain. And we can body-double through voice while you begin—I know you work better with parallel presence."
Understands your ADHD executive function patterns, need for emotional context, and preference for body doubling.
Scenario: "I need to have a difficult conversation"
"Use 'I statements'. Stay calm and don't get defensive. Listen actively to their perspective. Focus on solutions, not blame. Pick a good time when you're both relaxed."
Standard advice, but doesn't account for your anxious attachment activation...
"I know your anxious attachment is probably spinning stories about abandonment right now. Let's ground first: What evidence do you have that they care about you? Now, draft what you need to say. I'll help you check for the people-pleasing language you default to when activated. Remember: asking for what you need won't make them leave. It actually builds secure connection."
Recognizes your attachment patterns, anticipates your anxiety spirals, and helps you stay authentic instead of people-pleasing.
Scenario: "Should I take this job offer?"
"Make a pros and cons list. Consider salary, benefits, growth opportunities, and company culture. Talk to current employees if possible. Think about your long-term career goals."
Practical, but misses what actually matters for your thriving...
"Let's look at this through your non-negotiables: You need autonomy to manage your ADHD, work that engages your pattern-recognition strengths, and flexibility for your energy cycles. The salary is great, but does the role have those things? Also, I notice you're drawn to the prestige factor—is that your authentic desire or your 'should' voice? Let's check in with your body: when you imagine saying yes, what do you feel?"
Filters the decision through your specific needs, catches your people-pleasing patterns, and helps you tune into authentic desire.
